East End
The East End is much like the north end although occupying a smaller area. Warm Springs Avenue is the premier street in this neighborhood lined with some of the most prestigious historic homes in the city. At the end of Warm Springs Ave you will find the Natatorium pool (which at the end of the summer opens the pool to dogs as a fundraiser of the shelter, it is great fun) the Idaho Botanical Gardens (open to the public and the site of summer concerts) while visiting the gardens stop by the Old Penitentiary, for a tour and perhaps see a ghoast. The East and North ends typically command the highest price per square value and tend to be most immune to negative turns in the real estate market.
